My life began with separation, a rupture that shaped my nervous system, sense of safety, and early identity. Survival became my language long before choice did.
I was adopted by my aunt, a woman who loved me deeply and did the best she could within her limitations. She offered care and devotion; however, protection was inconsistent. As a widow with limited power, she could not always shield me in the ways a child needs. From early on, I learned that love can exist without safety.
I became quiet, adaptable, and hyper-aware. Survival replaced safety.
At the age of 17, following my first heartbreak, I experienced a spontaneous past-life regression during a 4:00 a.m. meditation. I witnessed the end of another lifetime marked by abandonment, betrayal, and unresolved grief. In that moment, I understood that what I was feeling did not originate in this life alone.
That realization became a turning point. I recognized that my nervous system had been carrying abandonment long before language or conscious memory, influencing how attachment, safety, and identity formed in this life.
Rather than pathologizing this experience, I approached it with curiosity, grounding, and professional discernment. Over time, it clarified my life’s direction.
I trained professionally in clinical and counselling hypnotherapy, trauma-informed work, nervous-system regulation, and spiritual regression approaches. I committed myself to ethical practice, emotional safety, and integrative healing — not as theory, but as lived experience refined through training.
Today, I work with individuals who grew up too fast, stayed quiet to stay safe, and learned to survive instead of live. My work is grounded, structured, and paced — supporting clients in restoring safety, resolving trauma, and reclaiming a sense of self that was never given space to fully form.
Because I lived in abandonment.
Because I know the ache of not feeling protected.
Because scars carry the instructions for healing.
Because lasting change is possible.
You don’t have to do this alone. A safe, confidential hypnotherapy session can help you release what’s holding you back.
